LOCAL PICKUP

In-store pickup is available Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, and Saturday 10am - 3pm. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is ready for collection. For larger artworks please make sure you’re picking up in a suitable vehicle - check the measurements of your boot to ensure the artwork can lay nice and flat. If it won’t fit, contact us to arrange delivery.

SHIPPING PRINTS

Canvas and paper prints are printed to order. Printing and processing usually takes around 2 - 10 business days. Shipping to metro areas takes around 2 - 8 business days, and regional areas take longer. We use either Australia Post or Toll for most of our orders and you’ll receive tracking information once your order has been printed, packaged and shipped.

SHIPPING FRAMED & ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

For framed prints, originals, and objects, shipping costs vary as they often can’t be sent with a regular postal service. We will send a separate invoice for the delivery cost. Quotes for shipping can be provided on request, simply email us at info@creativeedge.art or give us a call on 08 9300 1466.
