I changed my mind, can I return my item?
No, unfortunately we can’t refund your purchase if you change your mind. Please choose artworks carefully before you buy.
I received my purchase and it is not what I ordered, can I return it?
Of course! In the unlikely event that you received the incorrect item, we’ll send you the correct one ASAP. Just email or call us to get this sorted. You’ll be reimbursed for the cost of returning the incorrect item to us.
My artwork looks different to how it is pictured online, can I return it?
We make every effort to ensure the colours of artworks appear accurate to the original, however, displays can look different across devices. If you receive your artwork and aren’t happy with the colours, please contact us. Depending on the discrepancy in colour we may be able to arrange a refund.
I received my item and it is damaged or faulty, can I return it?
Yes. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty and this was not in the product description, we will happily replace or refund your item.
Processing Refunds
We will process approved refunds back into the account or gift card you used to purchase your items. This refund takes up to 4 days for us to process. Shopify takes up to 10 business days. Your financial institutions may take up to 4 days. This means it may take up to 18 business days for a refund to appear in your account.
