Sandy Prideaux is a Perth based artist who has a great love for the outdoors, flora and fauna, and a need to create. Born in the Southwest of Western Australia experiencing an active childhood filled with camping, fishing and horse riding. This has led to a great appreciation of the beautiful, diverse environment that she believes she is fortunate to reside in and aims to emulate this in her art.
Sandy has always had a natural ability to draw and has recently discovered how important creating is to her own wellbeing. She is mostly self-taught but has attended artist led workshops to upskill. She likes to experiment with different mediums and is currently focusing in resin work and oil painting, usually with an element of realism.
