Natasha Mott is an artist living in Greenwood, Western Australia. Originally from the small wheatbelt town of Dumbleyung, Natasha studied Bachelor of Visual Arts at Edith Cowan University and went on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Education. Creating art since she can remember, Natasha enjoys making works in clay and textiles, in addition to her painting practice.
Natasha's ever evolving style consistently explores humanity and natural forms. Recurring symbolism and carefully selected text encourage the viewer to engage, question and reflect; connection is the ultimate reward.
"Painting reminds me I can do hard (and beautiful) things, and helps me move through life with a sprinkle more joy, beauty and grace each day. I hope my art is a reminder to others they can too."
