Hailing from a background in interior design, I have always loved painting and drawing, but only recently turned my hand to art as a career vocation. I am inspired by the things I love: botanicals (with a strong focus on Australian natives), the ephemeral nature of light, the beauty of objects, architecture and design. My work is figurative, colourful and bold, with a strong sense of drama, and i oscillate between realist and more stylised interpretations of my subjects.

At the heart of all my work is the pursuit of beauty. I see my work as being at home, in the home. My mission as an artist is a simple one- to bring everyday beauty, to the everyday home.
