"This artwork honours my three Uncles - Billy, Jimmy, and Johnny - whose care, wisdom and steady presence helped shape my childhood in the most unforgettable ways. I was lucky to grow up under their watchful eyes, spending almost every afternoon by their side - riding horses through the river, teaching me to drive or just being together as a family. Those moments were filled with learning, laughing, and making memories that I’ll carry forever. They were more than just my Uncles – they were my teachers and my protectors. True gentlemen through and through - respected, kind, and full of humour…. and very cheeky!! They were stockmen who carried themselves with strength and humility. Their love and lessons live on in me. This piece holds the joy, stories, memories and the deep connection we shared. It’s a tribute to our bond and to the lasting impact that I feel every day."
