This artwork celebrates the power of transformation, inspired by the cycles of Country and the resilience of spirit. Like the land that regenerates after fire and flood, we too can rise renewed. Through pain and loss, I found my true self whole, resilient, enough. Born Again honours the strength found in being reborn, and the wisdom that emerges from breaking open. It's a tribute to the power within us all to restart, to heal, and to be enough, just as we are.
From broken ground, I take my stand
Like Country's cycles, I renew my land
In the space where I was lost, I'm found
Reborn, unbroken, roots dig down
Whole, resilient, enough – I claim
In the heartbeat of earth, I find my name
From darkness into light I rise
Born again, with spirit wild and wise.
