The Grevillea’s exuberant flower is often recognised as a ‘spider’ because of the long tendril shaped styles resembling legs. Growing in pairs, they attract pollinators in the form of birds, beetles, bees and even small marsupials. Their ability to re-germinate for continual survival means that you will often see their bright flowers in areas where bush fires frequent.
